multiplying or dividing equations by a negative number

Hi guys , It’s been almost a week now and I still can’t figure out how to solve a few math problems on multiplying or dividing equations by a negative number . I have to submit this work by the end of next week. Can someone show me the way to get started? I need some help with powers and mixed numbers. Any sort of help will be appreciated.

Hi friends I agree, Algebrator is the greatest. I used it in Algebra 1, Intermediate algebra and Pre Algebra. It helped me figure out the hardest algebra problems. I'm thankful to it.
