logarithms on a ti-83

Can anybody help me? I have a math test coming up next week and I am totally confused. I need some help specially with some problems in logarithms on a ti-83 that are very confusing . I don’t want to go to any tutorial and I would sincerely appreciate any help in this area. Thanks!

Can you be a bit more precise about logarithms on a ti-83 ? I may perhaps be able to help if I knew few more details . I have tried a number of math programs . I would not name them here, but they were of no use . I hope this one is not like the others.

I remember having often faced problems with quadratic formula, difference of squares and gcf. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Remedial Algebra, Algebra 1 and Basic Math. I greatly recommend the program.
